christmas is almost here!!

Christmas is almost here!!
we need to remember that Christmas isn't about presents or music or other things. its about Jesus. so as we are all excited because Christmas is amazing, we just need to keep in mind that its not about us, its about Jesus.. also, we need to be thankful for what we have. we have so much and there are so many people that don't have anything. so just think of others and have a great break off of school everybody :))

hmm something to think about

Sometimes in life things don't always go as you want them to. you'll go through good times, and bad times . People will not always be there for you, and they will end up hurting you. You will have fights and you will be sad. But God will always be there for you even when other people aren't. He wants to be a part of your life, and no matter what, he'll always be there for you whenever you need him and at all times. God doesn't just want you to pray to him when you need something, he always wants to talk to you. So when things aren't going very well, just pray to him. Prayer really does work even though at the moment it might not seem like God is answering your prayers. He isn't going to always answer them the exact way that you want him to, he's going to answer them in the BEST possible way for you.

thanksgiving is coming up realllyyy soon! God has given us so much that we should be thankful for. we take for granite so much that we have.. and we really have so much than so many people. we just need to be thankful to God for everything that we have.. so just take a moment to see how much God has provided us with because of his love for us. so everybody have a good thanksgiving and just keep this in mind.. =]]]

Do you know how sometimes you're just having a bad day? maybe your having a really big fight with a friend, or you got a bad grade on a test or something. Just know that God is always there and will always comfort you and help you through the tough times that your having. he will hold you hand as you go through and conquer the tough things in your life --- just a note of encouragement =]

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was
walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the
sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he
noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one
belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When
the last scene of his life flashed before him, he
looked back at the footprints in the sand. He
noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happened at the very lowest and saddest
times in his life. This really bothered him and he
questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, You said that
once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life, there is only one set
of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed
you most you would leave me." The Lord replied,
"My son, My precious child, I love you and I would
never leave you. During your times of trial and
suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it
was then that I Carried You."

why me?

Have you ever wondered to yourself "why did God put me here?" "why did he choose me to be a messenger for him?" Well if thats what your thinking, then i can give you some advice. God created you. He designed you exactly the way he wanted you, and then he put you on the earth to do his work. He loves you very much and he wants to be a part of your life. He has a very specific purpose for you, even though you might not know it yet.
